About our Public Health and Nutrition work

Our service sprints uncover ground truth across the health sectors, helping organizations turn field realities into actionable evidence. We assess public health, nutrition, WASH, health systems and service delivery, facility readiness, quality of care, workforce capacity, disease prevention, health education, MNCAH, SRHR, food security, mental health and psychosocial support, and gender and protection.

Going beyond conventional assessments, we examine health-service digitization, digital readiness, data systems, and technology-enabled delivery to identify gaps, strengthen systems, and improve outcomes. From evidence generation to performance analysis, we equip versatile organizations with insights that drive smarter decisions and better services.

Our Approach & Methodology

To understand how people access services, the quality of care they receive, how well institutions are equipped to deliver care, and what shapes community behavior and wellbeing, we take a grounded, context-driven approach to health, nutrition, and social sector challenges — combining rigorous research methods, including mixed-methods, solution-oriented, quasi-experimental and RCT approaches, with meaningful engagement with communities, service providers, and institutions.

Our work draws on a range of evidence, including household and community surveys, health facility and institutional assessments, KAP studies, SMART surveys, client-exit assessments, program evaluations, cost-effectiveness assessments, and routine data sources such as DHIS2 — with appropriate sampling, data collection, quality assurance, and analytical procedures to produce findings that reflect local realities and inform practical decisions.
