Over the years, BAN-DRCE has implemented large-scale, national, multidisciplinary, and mixed-method data collection assignments, supporting the full survey process — from tool refinement and field preparation through data collection, quality assurance, cleaning, and extraction of analysis-ready datasets. Across virtually every assignment we undertake, data collection is a cross-cutting capability.
Through Ground-Truth Intelligence & Digital Field Evidence, we combine digital data collection, field observation, GPS, geospatial evidence, verification, and rigorous data quality assurance to turn what is happening on the ground into structured, verifiable, and decision-ready evidence.
Our Approach & Methodology
Our approach brings together “boots on the ground + eyes in the sky.” Technology can see patterns, but field data explains what is actually happening on the ground. We therefore go beyond collecting data: we capture ground truth, connecting what people report with what the field reveals, and transform both into credible evidence for planning, investment, policy, and development decisions.
Data collection is conducted through CAPI and CATI platforms, with clear protocols for informed consent, confidentiality, quality assurance, and field supervision. Our regional satellite offices strengthen local coordination and rapid deployment, while in areas without a permanent presence we work with trusted local consultants to recruit and manage experienced local enumerators efficiently. We also use API-integrated interactive dashboards to track field progress, monitor data quality and team performance in real time, and give clients timely visibility throughout the full data collection cycle.
